- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My first an only visit 6 years ago was met with a lazy check in clerk, bitchy nurse, but awesome doc. I was told to drop off some documents and they would fax to the Pensacola VA. The fax was broke, the fax guy was at the desk, feet propped up, and reading; he ignored me. Now, I'm told to see a VA doc about PTSD so I call Eglin VA and try to make an appointment, and keep being told I don't have an appointment. So I call a different number and told I'm #1, then #9, then #4 five different times, then the line goes dead! A person eventually answered the telephone and I made an appointment, which was only a few days away. The tech and provider were awesome.June 11, 2017by Mickey
